du•al is a collaboration between Carey Nava of Galore Catering and Lisa Sicilia of Festive Flavors. We will be putting our heads together to offer a unique pop-up dining experience. Come enjoy 2 chef’s takes on a 5-course dinner. Each course will include two small plates and a variety of flavors. Complimentary cocktail and wine pairings will be included.
Course 1: Savory Roasted Chickpeas with Charred Kale AND Stuffed Mini Bell Peppers with Bartender’s Choice Cocktail
Course 2: Cauliflower, Feta Fritter with Cardamom Yogurt & Pomegranates AND Pomegranate Molasses and Blood Orange Glazed Brussel Sprouts with White Wine Pairing
Course 3: Ricotta, Black Olive and Mint Bruschetta with Meyer Lemon Marmalade AND Caramelized Onion, Chèvre and Duck Bacon Flatbread
Course 4: Creamy Polenta served with Stewed Beer Chorizo Ragu – Wild Mushroom & Marsala Ragu – Sauteed Collard Greens with Garlic Confit with Red Wine Pairing
