*In my kitchen* a fish frenzy!

I’ve been so busy the last few months! But I continue to cook and love whipping up new and old favorites in the kitchen.
Because of our membership in a community supported fishery (Mermaids Garden NYC) we are lucky to get delicious fresh fish every week. I have enjoyed our weekly fish dishes.

Here are a few fish dishes we’ve enjoyed lately:

Steamed silver hake with onions, peppers, cilantro and ginger

Not too sweet pad Thai with vegetables and baked tofu (my son’s favorite)

The rest of the grown ups like pad Thai with shrimp so that’s how we ate it, over rice noodles.

Golden tilefish inspired by Caribbean flavors- tomatoes, onions, fresh thyme and a side of baked sweet plantains.
